浅谈基层(农村)中小学校武术段位制发展制约与优势

A Discussion on Constrains and Advantages in Developing Dan System in Grassroots(Rural) Primary and Secondary Schools

本文通过多方面调研、走访和分析,认为在基层中小学校开展武术教育,受到了多方面的制约,但也有着得天独厚的发展优势。丰厚的传统武术学习内容,能缓解基层学校武术教师的缺乏问题,可以传播地域性传统武术文化,再与国标武术内容相对接。武术教育在基层中小学校开展,关键是要得到各级政府和教育、体育部门领导高度重视。加大力度落实和实施武术教育进校园相关文件指示精神,武术教育、武术段位,才能真正走进全国每一所基层校园,武术文化才能得以全面继承和发展,武术段位制才有生命力。

Through various investigations,interviews and analyses,this article holds that developing wushu(martial arts) education in grassroots primary and secondary schools,in spite of multiple constraints,enjoys exceptional development advantages.Rich contents of traditional wushu learning can ease the problem of lacking wushu teachers in grassroots schools,spread regional traditional wushu culture,and link it up with national-standard wushu contents.The key to opening up wushu education in grassroots primary and secondary schools is to receive high attention from government at all levels as well as education and sports department leaders.Only by stepping up efforts to carry out the instructing spirits in relevant documents on the entrance of wushu education into campus can wushu education and wushu dan system enter every grassroots school,can wushu culture achieve overall inheritance and development,and can wushu dan system have vitality.
