摘要
太极拳作为一项传统的体育项目正受到学校学生的重视,事实证明,经常进行太极拳练习,按太极拳规范要求坚持锻炼,不仅有助于青少年生理机能的健康成长,而且对其心理健康也有着非常重要的作用。
As a traditional sports event, taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) is attracting the attention from school students. It is proved by facts that practicing taijiquan exercise regularly and adhering to exercise according to the standard requirements of taijiquan not only contribute to the healthy growth of physiological functions of adolescents, but also play a very important role in their mental health.
