摘要
本文从构建天津市高校体育教师的武术教学能力评价指标体系的必要性出发,依据武术教学能力评价指标体系的学习理论、教学理论、教学评价理论和教学反思理论等相关理论,遵循武术教学评价指标体系构建的原则、流程,构建了天津市高校体育教师武术教学能力评价指标体系,该体系主要包括了武术教学思想指导能力、武术教学设计能力、武术教学实施能力、武术教学监控能力、武术教学评价能力、武术教学反思能力、武术教学研究能力、武术教学创新能力、武术教学深造能力共9个一级指标,以及每个指标下的相关内容。
Starting from the necessity for constructing the evaluation index system of wushu(martial arts) teaching ability for college PE teachers in Tianjin, this paper accords to such relevant theories as learning theory, teaching theory, teaching evaluation theory and teaching reflection theory in the evaluation index system of wushu teaching ability, and follows the principles and procedures of the construction on the evaluation index system of wushu teaching to construct an evaluation index system of wushu teaching ability for college PE teachers in Tianjin. This system mainly includes nine first-grade indexes in total, namely ideological guidance ability in wushu teaching, designing ability in wushu teaching, implementation ability in wushu teaching, monitoring ability in wushu teaching, evaluation ability in wushu teaching, reflection ability in wushu teaching, research ability in wushu teaching, innovation ability in wushu teaching and the ability of advanced study in wushu teaching as well as the relevant contents under each index.
