摘要
民族传统体育专业是传承本民族文化、弘扬民族精神的重要载体,在学校教育中的重要作用不言而喻,本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,试图从教材化入手,采用传统长拳套路、段位长拳二段套路和自主创编套路的三种教学模式进行为期12周的教学实验,以期提高学生的动作技能能力、探究学习能力和创新能力。
The specialty of traditional national sports is an important carrier to inherit national culture and carry forward the national spirit, and its important role is self-evident in college education. Using such research methods as literature and data, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics while trying to start with teaching materialization, this paper applies three teaching modes of traditional changquan(long boxing) routine, the second-dan changquan routine and independently-created routine to undertake a 12-week teaching experiment in the hope of improving students' movement skill ability, exploring and learning ability as well as innovation ability.
