摘要
习武究竟能不能延缓生命?它的理论依据和实践例子在哪里?太极拳的最新研究成果较好地揭示了其实用保健价值,并成为全民健身活动中备受欢迎的健身方法,值得推广。本文主要采用实地调查法,对沈阳四大公园常年坚持习武的中老年人做习武动机、锻炼项目、锻炼效果等调查;利用文献资料的最新研究成果论述太极拳的实用保健价值;运用辩证的方法探讨习武与人类寿命的相互关系。
Can wushu(martial arts) practice prolong life on earth or not? Where are its theoretical basis and practical examples? The latest research findings on taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) well reveal its practical value of health care, which has become a popular fitness way in the National Fitness Campaign and deserves promotion. By mainly using field survey method, this paper makes an investigation of the practice motivations, exercise events and exercise effects among the middle and old aged people who persist wushu practice all year round in four big parks in Shenyang. It utilizes the latest research findings of literatures and materials to expound taijiquan's practical value of health care, and applies the dialectical approach to discuss the mutual relationship between wushu practice and human longevity.
