文化政策下武术文化的发展研究

Research on the Development of Wushu Culture under Cultural Policy

武术是中国传统文化、历史文化的重要组成部分。在当前新的历史时期和文化背景下,武术文化传承研究仍是一个新的课题,武术未来的传承与发展也正面临着新的挑战与抉择。十八大以来,政府强调加强我国文化产业建设,提高我国的文化软实力。通过制定文化政策对文化发展的相关行为做出选择性的指导和约束,以促进文化发展,是当今许多国家文化发展战略的普遍选择。因此,本研究通过文献资料法,逻辑分析法,分析了武术文化的历史生成与发展,证论武术文化发展与文化政策结合的必要性。研究认为:中国武术文化发展不应是一个独立的工作体系,必须与国家的宏观文化政策衔接,与社会主流文化发展同步,应该在政府的主导下培育具有中国文化独立品格的武术特质和与之相适应的文化生态环境。

Wushu(martial arts) is an important part of traditional Chinese culture and historical culture. In the current new historical period and cultural background, the research on the inheritance of wushu culture is still a new project, and the future inheritance and development of wushu is confronted with a new challenge and choice as well. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the government has laid stress on the construction of cultural industry in our country to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture. It is a general choice for the cultural development strategy in many countries nowadays to make selective guidance and restrictions on related behavior of cultural development by formulating cultural policies for the promotion of cultural development. Therefore, through literature and data method and logical analysis method, this article analyzes the historical formation and development of wushu culture, and demonstrates the necessity of combination between wushu culture development and cultural policy. The research suggests that the development of Chinese wushu culture should not be an independent working system, but should be connected to the national macro cultural policy for a synchronized development of the social mainstream culture, and should also cultivate wushu traits with independent characters of Chinese culture under the leadership of the government as well as the cultural ecological environment suitable for it.
