摘要
健身气功和瑜伽都是历史悠久的文化重要组成部分,都是强身健体的健身方法,两者不仅有着各自的特色而且有着众多的相似之处。本文从两者的起源、文化背景、运动方式、健身价值、市场运作以及对健身气功未来的发展等方面进行了积极的思考与探析,并就两者的异同做了相关的比较分析。
Fitness qigong(a system of deep breathing exercises) and yoga are both important parts in their respective traditional cultures with a long history, and are both ideal ways for keeping fit. Not only do both of them have their own characteristics, but they also have many similarities. This paper makes some positive thinking and discussions about the origins, cultural backgrounds, exercise modes, fitness values and market operations of both fitness qigong and yoga as well as the future development of fitness qigong and other aspects, and also has a relevant comparative study on the similarities and differences of both.
