摘要
本文通过文献资料法等研究方法,并结合多年的教学经验。对普通高校太极拳选修课中的太极拳理论文化意识和教学内容的重要性进行分析,探讨了教学中太极拳文化的学习,有利于大学生提高对太极拳的认识境界和习练水平。从而,达到太极拳教学目标,提高教学效果。
Based on literature and data method and other research methods with the combination of years of teaching experience, this paper analyzes the importance of cultural consciousness of taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) theory and its teaching contents as an elective course in colleges and universities. It also discusses the study of taijiquan culture in teaching, which is useful to help university students improve their cognition realm and practice level of taijiquan, thereby achieving the teaching goals and improving the teaching effect.
