体育教育专业武术教学内容改革的实证研究——以运城学院为例 被引量:3

An Empirical Study on the Reform in Wushu Teaching Contents for the Major of Physical Education——Taking Yuncheng University as an Example

摘要 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对目前运城学院体育教育专业武术教学内容改革进行研究,调查研究结果得出:去除少林十八法、初级刀术,增加《武术段位制》长拳等教学内容,能够调动学生习武兴趣、拓展武术内容的功效、提高学生的身体素质、崇尚武德武礼的学习以及提升文明素养和实际操作等综合能力;并且能够对课堂教学产生良好的效果,为今后面向基层教学,改善武术课教学现状提供有利条件。 This article uses literature and data, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods to have a study on the reform in wushu(martial arts) teaching contents, which is a required course in the major of physical education in Yuncheng University. The authors conclude through research results that 'eighteen methods of shaolinquan' and primary broadsword play should be cut out to add changquan(long boxing) in wushu dan system and other teaching contents. By doing so, it can help mobilize university students' interest in wushu practice, expand the functions of wushu contents, improve students' physical quality, strengthen their study on advocating wushu virtues and wushu etiquette, and elevate their civilization accomplishment as well as their comprehensive capacity, including actual operation ability. In addition, it will produce a good effect on class teaching so as to provide a favorable condition for grass-roots teaching and for improving the current situation of wushu teaching.
