摘要
为在高校范围内更好地推广与传承中华传统武术,本课题研究运用文献资料研究、专家访谈、实验对比和数理统计等研究方法,以湖北三峡大学公共体育武术选修班的120名男女大学生(实验组60名,对照组60名)为实验研究对象,将传统武术(以少林龙拳为例)引入到本校公共体育武术选修课堂教学之中,经过为期一学期(15次课)的实验研究,结果表明:将传统少林拳引入到现代高校体育课堂是完全可行的,并在传承中华传统文化、增强学生体质健康、促进学生终生体育观的形成方面发挥着巨大作用。该课题研究成果对于探索在高校范围内推广、普及和传承中华传统武术文化提供了理论参考。
In order to better promote and inherit traditional Chinese wushu(martial arts) in colleges and universities, this project applies such research methods as literature and data, expert interview, experimental comparison and mathematical statistics to take 120 male and female university students(60 in the experimental group and 60 in the control group) from the elective wushu class of public physical education in China Three Gorges University in Hubei Province as the object of experimental research and introduce tradition wushu(taking Shaolin dragon boxing as an example) into wushu class teaching of public physical education in the university. After an experimental research of a semester(15 lessons), the results show that it is entirely feasible to introduce traditional shaolinquan(Shaolin boxing) into modern university physical education class, which will play a great role in carrying forward traditional Chinese culture, enhancing university students' physical health and advancing the formation of their lifelong sports conception. The research results of this project provide a theoretical reference for exploring the promotion, popularization and inheritance of traditional Chinese wushu culture within the scope of colleges and universities.
