本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法从民族和国家生存发展的需要、民族文化发展的需要及松溪内家拳具有独特的技术风格三个方面对挖掘整理松溪内家拳的必要性进行了阐述,以期为民众提供为何挖掘整理松溪内家及更好地发展松溪内家拳提供一定的理论解释。

This paper, with the application of literature and data, expert interview, logic analysis and other research methods, elaborates the necessity of excavating and sorting Songxi internal school boxing from three aspects, that is, the need for survival and development of the Chinese nation and the country, the need for the development of national culture, and the unique technical style of Songxi internal school boxing, in the hope of providing some theoretical explanations for people why Songxi internal school boxing should be excavated and sorted and how to better develop Songxi internal school boxing.
