Chivalry——Ethical Framework of Chinese Wushu Movies

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对中国武侠电影的侠义伦理进行了研究,研究得出的主要结论有:中国武侠电影形成一种特异的"报主"与"尽孝"的叙事母题,两个"叙事母题"是一种互为映衬、同时彰显的关系;"家族为本"的伦理思想在武侠中普遍存在;引领武侠电影走向不朽、并不断创造银幕传奇的灵魂是义、是情;武侠电影安排角色的最终归属及对于暴力的描述是在暗示一种"善恶有报"的世俗伦理。研究旨在对于深刻认识潜藏于中国武侠电影当中的伦理意识具有一定意义。

By applying literature and data method, logical analysis method and other research methods, this paper studies the chivalrous ethics in Chinese wushu(martial arts) movies and mainly reaches the following conclusions. Chinese wushu movies have formed a kind of distinctive narrative motif composed of 'repaying the master' and 'showing filial piety to parents', and these two 'narrative motifs' have a relationship of mutual silhouetting to show forth at the same time. The 'family-oriented' ethical thought is widespread in wushu movies. The soul that leads wushu movies to immortality and constantly creates screen legends is righteousness and feelings. The final belongings arranged for the roles in wushu movies and the description of violence are hinting a sort of secular ethics that 'good and evil will always be rewarded'. This study is targeted at being of certain significance in profoundly understanding the ethical consciousness hidden in Chinese wushu movies.
