摘要
通过击中和击空两种状态下不同的动量转换原理,分析武术技击动作的力量运用,说明武术"寸劲"的发生并非是各门派不同拳种套路演练的差异,而是出于技击实践中击打效果不同时转换动量的需要,正确控制身体各部位的质量并使肢体符合击打的动量变化规律是"寸劲"的重要内涵。
Through different momentum transfer principles under the two states of hitting and punching the air, this article analyzes the strength application of attack movements in wushu(martial arts). It explains that the occurrence of 'abrupt explosive force' in wushu is really not caused by the differences in routine exercise of different boxing sorts among various schools, but is required for momentum transfer when striking effects are different in the practice of attack. Correctly controlling the quality of various parts of the body and making the limbs and trunk conform to regular momentum changes of striking are the important connotations of 'abrupt explosive force'.
