老龄化社会背景下太极拳在老年人健身活动中的优势研究

摘要 随着老龄化社会进程的加快,老年人身体健康状况备受人们关注。太极拳有其独特的运动特点,是老年人强身健身的首选项目之一。文章采用文献资料法、实地考察法等进行研究,在分析太极拳运动在老年人健身活动中的作用基础上,分析了太极拳在老年人健身活动中的优势:不受场地、器材限制,可以随时随地的练习;动作轻松柔和、舒缓大方,适合老年人习练;具有显著的中国传统文化特征;具有一定的表演性和观赏性;首尾相接,圆活连贯,内容丰富,姿态优美;适合不同性别和不同年龄的人群习练;既可以配乐集体练习,也可以独立自由练习等,从而使太极拳更好地为老年人健康工程服务。 With the accelerating process of our aging society, the physical health status of the aged attracts great attention from people. Taijiquan (tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) has its unique movement characteristics, and is one of the preferred sports events for elder people to keep strong and healthy. This paper applies literature and data, field survey and other research methods to make a study, and then analyzes the advantages of taijiquan in elderly fitness activities on the basis of analyzing the roles of taijiquan sport for old people's fitness. The advantages are: taijiquan is not restricted by the space or equipment and can be practiced whenever and wherever possible; light, soft, gentle and generous movements are suitable for elderly practitioners; taijiquan has notable features of traditional Chinese culture with certain performative and ornamental attributes; the flexible and consistent movements in taijiquan are connected end to end with rich contents and graceful postures; taijiquan is suitable for practitioners of different sex and different age groups; and finally, taijiquan can be applied both for group practice with music or for independent free practice, thereby making taijiquan better serve the elderly health project.
