摘要
本文用实验法尝试从传统杨氏太极拳的系统训练中寻找改善高血压患者生活质量的方法,通过26天的训练,证明是有积极意义的。现代人生活压力大,随着心理学的不断发展,武术在人们的生理健康和心理健康上发挥作用,帮助人们提高生活品质,有着广阔的发展空间。
This paper tries with experimental method to seek for a way that can improve the life quality of hypertension patients from the systematic training of traditional Yang-style taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing). Through 26 days of training, it has been proved to be of positive significance. As modern people live a stressful life, with the constant development of psychology, wushu plays a part in people's physical health and mental health to help them enhance life quality and own a broad development space.
