A Discussion about the Wisdom of Grappling from “Golden Thread Wrapping around the Waist”

文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从"金丝缠腕"技理分析中探究擒拿中所蕴含的尚巧惟精、阴阳转互、因圆作形、周身合整、三角制动等智慧,旨在对进一步了解擒拿内在思想及擒拿技理产生积极意义。

This paper adopts literature and data method, expert interview method, logical analysis method and other research methods to make a thorough inquiry into the wisdom contained in grappling from the analysis on the technical theory of 'golden thread wrapping around the waist', such as upholding and pursuing ingenuity, converting mutually between yin and yang (the two opposing principles in nature, the former feminine and negative, the latter masculine and positive), moving in a round shape, gathering full strength of the whole body, and controlling in a triangular way, aiming at producing positive significance of further understanding the inner thoughts and technical theory of grappling.
