警察院校开设桑搏课程的必要性研究

A Study on the Necessity of Opening Sambo Courses in Police Colleges

俄罗斯传统摔跤术"桑搏"作为一门既传统又现代的擒拿格斗技术已逐渐在我国警察院校警体训练与实战中运用。本研究主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对警察院校开设桑搏课程的必要性进行深入研究,结果认为:桑搏运动具有竞技、娱乐、健身、防范等诸多特点,且在擒拿格斗中得到非常广泛的作用;警察院校开设桑搏课程有利于弘扬民族体育文化,对于擒拿格斗技术未来的发展以及警体课程内容的改革具有非常重要的借鉴价值。建议:应借助桑搏运动优化与完善警察院校警体课程内容的设置,推动警察院校课程建设的改革;应在警察院校中宣传与普及桑搏运动,提升桑搏运动在我国警察院校警体教育中的地位。

Sambo, traditional Russian wrestling, as a both traditional and modern grappling and combat skill, has been gradually applied in physical training in police colleges and universities as well as in actual combat in our country. This research mainly uses literature and data method and logical analysis method to make an in-depth study on the necessity of opening sambo courses in police colleges and universities. The results show that the sport of sambo has numerous characteristics, such as competitive nature, entertainment, fitness and self-defence, and is quite widely applied in grappling and combat. That police colleges and universities offer sambo courses is helpful to carry forward national sports culture, and has a very important reference value for the future development of grappling and combat skills and the course content reform in police physical training. It is suggested that we should optimize and perfect the set-up of course contents of police physical training in police colleges and universities with the aid of sambo, push forward the reform of course construction in police colleges and universities, promote and popularize sambo sport in police colleges and universities, and improve sambo's position in police physical education in police colleges and universities in our country.
