A Glimpse into the Spread Mode of Chen-Style Taijiquan

太极拳的发展史也是太极拳的传播史,作为太极拳之母的陈氏太极拳从河南北部小乡村中的自然传播、族内传播,经小群体的陈氏传人的历代奋斗和具有转折性质的外姓人氏传播,以及新中国成立后的有计划、有组织的传播,到现在的跨文化传播,形成了"点-线-面-网"式传播模式,不仅极大地促进了陈氏太极拳的迅速发展和广泛传播,而且对其他武术项目的传播也具有借鉴意义。

The development history of taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) is also its history of spread.The spread mode of 'point-line-area-network' has been formed for Chen-style taijiquan as the mother of taijiquan from the natural spread and clan spread from a small village in north Henan Provincet,then after generations of struggles by Chen' s successors within small groups as well as the spread by people outside Chen' s clan,which has a turning property,to the planned and organized spread after the founding of the People' s Republic of China,and till the present cross-cultural spread.This has not only greatly promoted the rapid development and wide spread of Chen-style taijiquan,but also has a reference meaning for the spread of other wushu(martial arts) events.
