以平江不肖生为代表的旧派武侠小说之所以在一个世纪后仍然为人们所关注,绝大多数是因其独特的侠义英雄观散发的人格魅力。本文从时代特点、文化背景以及作者的创作心理等方面对其英雄情结进行考察,认为平江不肖生的"侠义英雄"观是:"侠"乃关乎国家、民族命运的侠客、"义"乃重家庭亲情、道德伦理的义士、"英雄"则是兼顾侠与义、国与家的英雄。

The reason why old-style wushu(martial arts) novels, represented by writers like Pingjiangbuxiaosheng(a writer of wushu novels), are still concerned by people after a century depends mostly on the personal charisma radiated by his unique chivalrous and loyal hero view. By making an investigation into his heroic complex from such aspects as characteristics of the times, cultural background and psychology of creation, this article deems that Pingjiangbuxiaosheng's 'chivalrous and loyal hero' view is as follows. 'Being chivalrous' describes a swordsman who is closely related to the destiny of his country and nation, 'being loyal' depicts a high-minded man who lays emphasis on family affection and moral ethics, and 'hero' refers to a hero who takes account of his country and family as well as chivalry and loyalty.
