摘要 民族健身操作为我国一项新型的体育运动项目,以其自身的民族性、地域性、观赏性、创新性、健身性等特点,直观地表达了不同民族、不同特色的精神文化内涵,向全世界人类展示着民族文化的精髓。它积极响应国家颁布的相关体育教育方针政策,引入到中小学内可以丰富传统体育运动内容与形式,对传统体育的发展带来一定的启示。 National aerobics,as a new-type sports event in our country with its own national,regional,ornamental,innovative and body-building characteristics,intuitively expresses the spiritual and cultural connotations of different nationalities with different features,and reveals the essence of our national culture to all the people in the world. To respond positively to the related physical education policy issued by the state,national aerobics is introduced into primary and secondary schools to enrich the contents and forms of traditional sports,and it is hoped to bring some enlightenment to the development of traditional sports.
