摘要
在杨健侯太极拳中,最基本的步法——川字步,涵盖和体现了太极拳理论的全部,是所有动作的基础,是总元素。川字步看似简单,其实对腿部的力道、筋骨柔韧度和身体各部的协调性要求很高,这是一个不断犯错不断改错的过程。
In Yang Jianhou taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing), the basic footwork —— 'chuan'-character-shape(川) step(one foot in T. step, and the other foot in a measured gait with the toes pointing outwards) —— has covered and reflected the whole of taijiquan theory, is the foundation of all movements, and is the total element. The 'chuan'-character-shape step looks simple, but actually, it has high requirements on the strength of legs, on the flexibility of tendons and bones as well as on the coordination of all parts of the body. This is a process of constantly making mistakes and constantly correcting mistakes.
