"截手剑"是中国查拳三大流派李派拳术中的器械之一,也是查拳门剑术中的稀有剑法套路。此剑法古朴简洁、攻防有致、注重实用。李氏"截手剑"是迄今为止最早出现在查拳门双手握剑的剑术剑法之一。挖掘整理李氏查拳门拳、械,对明、清军旅武术研究和地域性武术发展研究都具有重要的学术、人文和时代价值。

'Jieshoujian'(cutting-hand sword) is one of the weapons in Listyle boxing among the three major schools of Chinese chaquan(Cha's boxing),and is also a rare sword routine in chaquan's swordplay.Being simple and unsophisticated,this swordplay has a set of well-arranged movements for attack and defence and pays attention to the practical effect.Li-style 'jieshoujian' is so far the earliest swordplay in chaquan with the feature of holding the sword in both hands by practitioners.To excavate and re-organize the boxing skills and weapon skills of Li-style chaquan has important academic,humanistic and time values to the research of military wushu(martial arts) in the Ming(1368-1644) and Qing(1644-1911) Dynasties and the research of regional wushu development.
