观澜小学“一校一拳”开展现状及对策分析

An Analysis on the Development Status and Countermeasures of “One School One Boxing” in Guanlan Primary School

"一校一拳"是在我国大力深化学校体育改革的大背景下进行武术教育改革的重要实践性举措。本研究通过实地调查法、问卷访谈法、文献资料法等研究方法,对上海市观澜小学"一校一拳"开展状况进行了尝试性研究。本研究主要从师资状况、教学内容、教学组织与管理的具体角度对观澜小学的华拳开展状况进行窥探。主要研究结论为:观澜小学师资能基本满足本校"一校一拳"活动的开展,但体育教师在深入开展"一校一拳"活动中,对华拳的技能及华拳文化的认知等方面能力仍显不足;观澜小学在华拳套路教授内容方面仍有一定的提升空间,不同年级华拳教授内容的层次有待提高,对华拳技能的教授应与华拳文化内容教授并举;观澜小学开展华拳的课程组织与管理模式需要更进一步探索,体育课程华拳教授常态与课余锻炼华拳内容需要有机结合。

'One school one boxing' is an important practical measure to undertake wushu(martial arts) education reform in the large background of vigorously deepening the reform of school physical education in our country.Through field survey,questionnaire interview,literature and data along with other research methods,this research conducts a trial study on the development status of 'one school one boxing' in Shanghai Guanlan Primary School.This research mainly probes into the development situation of huaquan(three-essence boxing,with three-essence referring to the essence,energy and spirit of the body) in Guanlan Primary School from the concrete angles of teaching conditions,teaching contents as well as teaching organization and management.Chief research conclusions are as follows.The teachers in Guanlan Primary School can basically meet the school's own needs of carrying out the 'one school one boxing',but the physical education teachers still seem to be insufficient in the capacity of huaquan skills and the cognition of huaquan culture in the deeply-developed activity of 'one school one boxing'.There is still certain lifting space in the teaching contents of huaquan routines.The level of the teaching contents of huaquan for different grades remains to be improved,and the teaching of huaquan skills should go together simultaneously with content teaching of huaquan culture.The course organization and management mode of opening huaquan in Guanlan Primary School needs further exploration.The normal state of huaquan teaching as a physical education course needs to be combined organically with the contents of huaquan exercise after school.
