摘要
本文对北京体育大学散打专项运动员腰肌劳损的基本情况和损伤原因等进行多方面的研究调查,旨在减少腰肌劳损等损伤的侵害,更好地提高运动员的比赛自信心,使武术散打比赛更加精彩激烈。本文分别通过对武术学院和教育学院的散打专项运动员,进行VAS疼痛评定以及腰部关节活动程度。挑选出10名受试者,并对10名受试者所患腰肌劳损的程度进行分类。结论:从治疗手段上比较,核心力量训练与推拿按摩治疗均可对腰肌劳损治疗起到重要作用。但从治疗效率上相比较,推拿按摩治疗比核心力量训练对腰肌劳损治疗效果更快。
This article conducts a research and investigation from many aspects into the basic situation of lumbar muscle strain of athletes specialized in sanda(free combat) in the Beijing Sport University, aiming at reducing the injury of lumbar muscle strain as well as other injuries so as to better improve athletes' confidence in competitions and make wushu(martial arts) sanda contests more exciting and intense. This research makes a VAS pain assessment and an activity degree assessment of waist joints for athletes specialized in sanda from the Wushu College and Education College of the University respectively, and then picks out ten subjects and classifies the degrees of lumbar muscle strain suffered by these ten subjects. It is concluded that, compared from treatment means, core strength training and massage therapy can both play an important role in treating lumbar muscle strain. But compared from treatment efficiency, massage therapy achieves a faster effect than core strength training for lumbar muscle strain.
