高校发展女子太极定位推手的优势

Advantages of Developing Women's Positioning Tuishou of Taijiquan in Colleges and Universities

本文运用资料分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对太极定位推手及女子运动特点进行简要分析,认为太极定位推手对女生而言,在教学要求、实用性、场地要求以及安全性等方面都有一定的优势,在高校普及女子太极定位推手的前景十分光明。如果安排得当、方法合理,在高校发展女子太极推手将成为武术进校园活动的重要组成部分,也将为中华传统武术的发展做出更大的贡献。

This paper applies data analysis method, logical analysis method and other research methods to briefly analyze positioning tuishou(push hands) of taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) and the characteristics of women's movements. It deems that, for female students, positioning tuishou of taijiquan has certain advantages in teaching requirements, practicability, venue requirements, safety and other aspects, and that popularizing women's positioning tuishou of taijiquan has a very bright prospect in colleges and universities. If arranged properly with reasonable methods, developing women's taijiquan tuishou in colleges and universities will become an important part in the activity of wushu's entry in campus, and will also make greater contributions to the development of traditional Chinese wushu(martial arts).
