摘要
膝关节疼痛现象是太极拳习练者,特别是初学者中出现的一个较为普遍的问题,本文从膝关节的生理解剖特点和太极拳运动对膝关节的动作要求入手,分析练习太极拳对膝关节的影响,探讨练习太极拳过程中出现膝关节疼痛现象的原因,从而找到防止膝关节疼痛现象出现的合理方法。
The phenomenon of knee joint pain is a common problem among taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) practitioners, especially among beginners. Starting with the physiological and anatomical characteristics of knee joints and the movement requirements on knee joints in taijiquan exercise, this paper analyzes the influence of taijiquan practice on knee joints and discusses the causes leading to knee joint pain in the process of practicing taijiquan so as to find out reasonable methods for preventing the appearance of knee joint pain.
