摘要
本文通过将抑郁自评量表得分较高者作为研究对象,对其施加太极拳、普拉提、瑜伽三种运动方式,运用实验法、数理统计法探究它们对大学生抑郁程度的影响,得出三种运动均有缓解抑郁之效,但太极拳缓解效果明显高于前两项,故此对大学生发生的抑郁情况提出相应对策建议。
By taking the students who have got high scores in the 'self-rating depression scale' as the object of research, this paper adopts experimental method and mathematical statistics method to explore the influence of taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing), pilates and yoga on the degree of depression of college students by asking them to practice these three ways of exercise. It is concluded that all these three exercises have the effect of alleviating depression, but the relief effect of taijiquan is evidently higher than that of the other two ways. Therefore, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the depression of college students.
