摘要
形意拳是中国传统武术的瑰宝之一,其中包含着我国丰富的传统哲学思想。本文运用文献法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,通过形意拳的拳学理论内容与特点来对形意拳调心、调息、调身三个方面的养生价值进行论证,从而得出以下结论:练习形意拳可以提高人的肺活量以及肺通气;可以缓解人们日常生活中的不良情绪,改善人际关系;有助于提高人的运动素质,可以强身健体,延年益寿。总之,形意拳具有调身、调心、调息的价值,应使更多人了解练习形意拳的好处,让形意拳走进中小学,使得形意拳可以更好地传承下去。
Xingyiquan(Shape and Thought Boxing), as one of the treasures of traditional Chinese wushu(martial arts), contains abundant traditional Chinese philosophies. By conducting literature review, interview, and using logical analysis method, this paper analyses xingyiquan's boxing theory, its features, and discusses about xingyiquan's health value from three aspects: how it regulates mood, respiration and body. It can be concluded that practicing xingyiquan can increase vital capacity, improve pulmonary ventilation. What's more, it helps to release bad mood, improve interpersonal relationship, develop sports quality, fortify one's health and prolong longevity. All in all, xingyiquan has a great value in terms of regulating mood, respiration and body and its advantages should be known by more people. Therefore, xingyiquan should be practiced also in primary and middle school. Only in this way can it be carried forward for future generation.
