浅议传统射箭的教育价值

A Discussion on the Educational Value of Traditional Archery

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法为主要研究方法,针对当前传统射箭中的教育价值进行剖析。研究发现:射箭教育价值中包含"尊师重道、射以观德"的礼教思想;注重技术习得与训练中所展现的"同台竞技、超越本我"的体验与认知;同时提倡以射艺理论为依托,规范技术中突出"知技熟理、文化传承"的理念以及"和谐尚中、戒骄戒躁"的心境;只有在"礼、技、理、心"上反复求思,才能够充分展现射箭教育价值所在,才能进一步提高传统射箭竞技水平。

This paper analyses the educational value of traditional archery by conducting the research methods such as literature and interview, and the followings are the conclusions: firstly, the educational value of traditional archery contains the Confucianism of 'honoring mentors and respecting their teaching, seeing the virtue by practicing archery'. Secondly, traditional archery mainly focuses on the experience and cognition of 'competing with others; going beyond oneself' during the process of acquiring the techniques and training. Thirdly, it should be emphasized that the thoughts of 'knowing the techniques, understanding the regulation and inheriting the culture' should be always kept in mind, and one should also acquire the spirit of 'always keeping harmony and giving up arrogance and impetuosity'. Only we constantly consider traditional archery from the aspects of 'manners, techniques, principle and mind' can we fully find the educational value of it and hence, improve its skill levels.
