A Brief Review on the Core Problems during the Strength Training of Catching Tactics

本文运用文献分析法、专家访谈法,并结合自身的实践体会,剖析擒拿力量训练要符合的擒拿格斗环境和擒拿技术,旨在使古老神秘的擒拿技术融入现代的训练理念,进一步发扬中华擒拿术。

Through literature review,interview,and taking personal experience into consideration,this paper draws the conclusion that the strength training of catching tactics should be in line with its combat environment and techniques.The purpose of this review is to integrate the catching tactics,which is antique and mysterious,into the modern training theory and hence,carry it forward.
