摘要
运用文献资料法对心理健康的内涵以及体育锻炼增进心理健康的理论假说进行详细的分析、讨论,并进一步阐述了体育锻炼在提高认知功能、调节不良情绪、培养坚强意志、增强自信心以及改善人际关系等心理方面的积极影响。
This paper uses literature review to analyze and discuss in detail the connotation of psychological health, and the hypothesis that sport exercises can have positive impact on psychological health. Besides, it further explains how these positive influences work in terms of improving cognitive function, adjusting negative mood, cultivating strong will, improving self-confidence, as well as building up a better interpersonal relationship.
