高校公体大学生咏春拳实战技能培养策略

Practical Wing Chun Skill-Training Plan for Students in Public University

本文主要采用文献资料、实践教学的研究方法,对高校公体咏春拳实战技能教学的影响因素进行了研究。结果显示:高校公体咏春拳实战技能教学受到的影响因素有大学生咏春拳学习动机各异、大学生体质差异较大、咏春拳教学软硬件匮乏。为提升大学生咏春拳实战技能,提出端正学生学习动机,针对性发展学生身体综合素质,加强咏春拳课程软硬件建设,培养大学生习武心境、目视能力的训练及武术技能多样化教学的培养策略。

By using literature review and practical teaching methods, this paper has a close study on the influencing factor of practical wing chun skill training. It is concluded that the teaching effect is highly influenced by students' learning motivation, their physical differences and lack of teaching material and facility. Therefore, in order to promote students' practical skill of wing chun, it is suggested that students should have a positive learning motivation, enhance their overall physical condition, improve its teaching material and facility, besides, the training strategy with diversified teaching method aiming at cultivating university students' wushu training mind, improving their visual ability and wushu skill should be created.
