摘要
本文利用PNF拉伸法和动静结合拉伸法,分别对少儿武术套路习练者实施柔韧素质的练习,研究这两种不同的拉伸方法对少儿武术套路习练者髋关节活动角度的影响,并得出结论:对髋关节而言,PNF的拉伸效果要优于动静结合拉伸法;PNF拉伸法与动静结合拉伸法均对髋关节有显著的拉伸效果。
This paper compares PNF stretching method with the dynamic static stretching method by applying these two on stretches section of kids' wushu(martial arts) routine practitioners. Their different effects on practitioners' hip joint position are discovered. It is concluded that, for the health of hip joint, PNF method is better than dynamic static one and both methods have significant effect on hip joint stretching.
