太极拳与书法的美学研究

A Study on the Aestheticism of Taijiquan and Calligraphy

太极之美与书法之美具有共性,这种美具有强大的穿透力,可以悦人耳目、可以震撼心灵。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,从太极拳与书法的结合,形、气、神的相通性,两者与人的关系、审美角度出发去寻找美学特征,发现美学价值。研究结果:绵里裹铁的刚柔之美、飘逸清秀的神韵之美、简淡清雅的材料之美、形美感目的外在美与意美感心的内在美是太极拳与书法的美学特征。

Taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)and calligraphy share common aesthetic features and such beauty will have strong penetrating power and can refresh one’s mind.Through literature review and logical analysis,this paper discovers the aesthetics features and value of combining taijiquan and calligraphy,and their commonality in terms of shape,qi(body’s vital energy)and spirit from the prospect of their relation with people and aestheticism.It is concluded that,taijiquan and calligraphy share common features such as,the beauty of combining softness and hardness just like iron surrounded with cotton,romantic charm with elegancy and delicacy,material beauty of simple and refined,as well as the outer beauty of shape,and inner beauty of mind.
