海外传播中国武术研究——以玻利维亚中国文化交流协会为例

A Research on the Oversea Promotion of Chinese Wushu——Taking the Plurinational State of Bolivia Asociacion Intercultural China as an Example

海外传播中国武术研究的必要性有以下几个方面:中国文化"走出去"的大势所在;海外传播中国武术的优势所在;海外传播中国武术研究的现状不佳。海外传播中国武术的困难主要体现在习武者、教授者和客观条件的限制三个方面,本文大部分依托玻利维亚中国文化交流协会的教学经验总结而成。笔者认为海外传播中国武术的策略主要有以下八点:(一)与孔子学院合作;(二)与国际武联加强联系;(三)接受驻外使领馆指导;(四)开发本土武术教学资源;(五)提高武术传播的针对性;(六)帮助武术教练提高素质;(七)创新网络传播媒体资源;(八)推广规范标准的体系。

It is necessary to have the research on the oversea promotion of Chinese wushu(martial arts) for the following reasons:on the one hand,it is a general trend for Chinese wushu to go global as it has many advantages.On the other hand,there is inadequate research on the relevant topic as there are limitations on the wushu practitioners,trainers and objective condition.This paper,by concluding the teaching experience of Plurinational State of Bolivia Asociacion Intercultural China,gives eight suggestions:firstly,wushu should be introduced to Confucius Institute.Secondly,the domestic wushu institute should have more contacts with the international one.Thirdly,suggestions from oversea embassies and consulates are important.Fourthly,it is necessary to develop more local wushu teaching materials.Fifthly,there should be more specific targets in wushu promotion.Sixthly,the quality of wushu trainers should be improved.Seventhly,innovative internet network media is needed.Last but not least,standard structures should be established and promoted.
