摘要
武术套路运动是一项对速度、爆发力和协调等要求很高的综合性运动。这就要求在练习过程特别注意练习的方式和方法,了解在武术套路运动中发生损伤的原因,对于武术套路运动的练习和提高水平有着重要的意义。本文在前人的研究基础上,对武术套路运动员的损伤情况、致因进行了研究调查,并通过提出预防损伤的措施,旨在为今后的武术运动训练提供参考。
Wushu(martial arts) routine is a comprehensive sport activity which has a high requirement on the speed,explosive force and coordination,which means one should pay special attention to the training method.Understanding the reason behind injury is essential in terms of improving one's wushu routine skill.Based on predecessor's work,by studying on the injury type and reason,this paper proposes the prevention method,with the purpose of offering reference to the future wushu training.
