摘要
散打核心力量直接影响到散打的技战术发挥,合理科学的散打核心力量训练方法是散打技战术发挥的基础,基于此通过运用核心力量的训练的一些基本原理,并与散打项目的特点相结合,认为在散打核心力量训练教学中,应从双手持哑铃片出拳练习和俯卧撑击掌练习,连续蹲起、鞭腿交叉练习和单腿支撑控腿练习,腰部拖带负重跑练习和仰卧交叉打腿练习三练习进行综合提升,丰富课堂内容,进而提高运动员散打技术、本体感觉、体能与运动损伤等能力,以期为散打运动的科学化训练方法提供更多的参考。
A reasonable core strength training,which is the foundation of the technique in free combat,will directly influence the effect of free combat.This paper,with the purpose of offering more references for future scientific training,by combining its training principle with the feature of free combat,gives the conclusion that practitioners should do following trainings to improve their comprehensive skills:holding dumbbells in both hands while doing punches,plyo pushup,consecutive squats,whip-leg crossing,controlling body with single leg,running with a heavy load on the waist and lying on and crossing leg training.Besides,the teaching content should be more abundant,in order to improve their free combat technique,proprioception,stamina,their ability to prevent themselves from sport injury.
