浅论如何在短时间内提高大学生对太极拳课的兴趣

A Brief Discussion on the Method of Raising University Students' Interests on Taijiquan Course within a Short Period of Time

本文运用文献分析法、专家访谈法,并结合自身的实践体会,从短时间内进行太极拳教学的意义、短时间内完成高校太极拳教学可能性、短时间内进行高效太极拳教学的具体实施方法几方面入手,浅析如何在短时间内提高大学生对太极拳课的兴趣。

Through literature review and expert interview, in combination with author's own experience, this paper discusses the method of raising university students' interests on taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) course within a short period of time, from the aspects of short-time taijiquan course's teaching significance, feasibility and specific method.
