摘要
本文通过文献资料法、光学动作捕捉法对太极拳运动中的速度与位移进行捕捉,对太极拳运动中的张拉整体特性进行阐述。结果:太极拳运动是在有限稳定状态下,以闭链为主导形式,包含开链运动环节的整体性运动。结论:太极拳运动符合张拉整体学说对于空间结构的定义与描述,太极拳运动的人体开闭二链性现象源自人体筋膜网络的张拉整体效应。
Through literature review and optical motion capture method, this study captures the speed and angles of taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) and expounds its overall stretch-drew feature. The study result indicates that, firstly, taijiquan mainly follows the closed chain pattern and its motion contains open chain part with limited stability. Secondly, taijiquan is in line with the definition and description of space-structure in overall stretch-drew law. Lastly, the close-open chain of taijiquan is originated from fascia stretch-drew effect.
