浅析西藏高校体育课中多媒体技术应用的重要性

A Brief Analysis on the Importance of the Application of Multimedia Technology in Physical Education in Universities in Tibet

西藏是我国海拔较高的地区,特殊的地理位置对高校体育课的开展有一定的影响,西藏高校传统体育教学存在一定的不足。本文通过对西藏高校体育课中多媒体技术应用的重要性研究,试图创新西藏高校体育教学手段与教学内容,提高教学效果。

Tibet, which is located in a high altitude area in China, has certain effect on the development of physical education class in universities for its special geographical position, and following the traditional ways of sport teaching has certain shortcomings in Tibet. By studying on the importance of the application of multimedia technology, this paper offers creative suggestions on the teaching method and content of physical education, with the purpose of improving the teaching effect.
