分析了英山南武当武术的缘起、特点、价值及现状,解读了供给侧结构性改革新政背景下英山南武当武术产业发展面临的机遇与挑战。提出了以建立高效的绩效管理考核制度、确立职能化管理原则、开办武术校馆、创编养生保健功法、举办各类比赛交流等措施,破解困局。这对助力英山南武当武术产业发展,驱动英山地方经济发展有重要意义。

This paper discusses the origin,feature,value and status quo of Yingshannan wudang,and analyzes its opportunities and challenges under the background of supply-side reform. It is suggested that performance management system should be established and functional management principle should be Applied. Besides,there should be more wushu schools,wudang regimen practice and competitions,in order to solve its development problems,promote the local wudang industry's development,as well as boost the local economy.
