以身体道:教化视域下的武术文化与修身——兼论武术教学中的武德修养

Realizing Dao through Body: Wushu Culture and Body Cultivation in the Context of Moralization-with an Additional Study on Wushu Morality Education during Wushu Teaching

利用文献资料等研究方法,从教化的视域出发,阐述了武术是一种身体文化,从武术作为"身心修养之学""身体感悟之门""以身体道之法""立德树人之魂"四个方面对武术文化进行了解读。指出:在武术习练过程中,应重视以"身"体"道",武术的教学实际上可以理解为武术修身和立德的过程,习练武术是一条注重实践与体悟的教化之路。脱离了武术文化与修身,武术教学将失去其最重要的内核,武术文化的传承也将黯然失色。

From the view of moralization, through literature review, this paper demonstrates that wushu(martial arts) is a kind of body culture. It also interprets wushu culture from the following four aspects: "discipline of mind and body cultivation", "gate of body's feeling", "way of realizing Dao through body" and "soul of moral education". This paper points out that, it is of great importance to realize "Dao" through "body" when practicing wushu. Besides, wushu teaching can be regarded as a process of body and morality cultivating. Wushu training is actually a moralization way which thinks highly of practicing and feeling. Without wushu culture and body cultivation, its teaching will lose its significant core, and the inheriting of wushu culture will be eclipsed.
