从阴阳离合机制看武术的攻防

The Attack and Defense of Wushu from the Mechanism of Yin Yang

武术的攻防具有阴阳开合的特性。本文以阴阳离合机制阐释了武术的攻防转换,认为武术攻防的转换或攻防平衡的传统理论与现代训练理论存在相似性。

The attack and defense of wushu(martial arts) has the features of opening and closing of yin yang.Through the separation and reunion mechanism,this paper explains the transformation of the attack and defense,and gives the conclusion that,the traditional theory of transformation,or attack and defense balance is similar to the modern training theory.
