摘要
科学有效地参与健身运动并达到养生的目的,离不开合理的运动和健康的饮食方法本篇文章通过分析中国传统养生运动中的运动性疲劳的表现形式,给出正确的营养补充方法,旨在更加准确地指导养生练习者的锻炼,为中华民族的伟大复兴做出贡献。
The scientific way of doing sport and healthy diet will have positive effect on health preservation.By doing research on the fatigue symptom in traditional regimen sport,this paper proposes the correct nutritional supplement method,in order to give more precise guidance to regimen practitioners and make contribution to the national rejuvenation.
