摘要
科技进步带来的便捷,极大地解放了我们的生产生活,但是这种"便捷"也使我们的身体与思维过度依赖高科技,这种对科技的依赖所造成的习得性无助正侵蚀着我们的身体与思维。针对上述现象,我们通过探讨是否能通过太极拳练习过程中三个不同阶段(体认、体知、体悟),阶段性地影响积极心理学三大基石(积极情感、积极组织、积极特质),从而改善练习者的归因方式,从而达到预防习得性无助的目的。并构建太极拳对预防习得性无助的假设性理论模型,为下一步实证研究做准备。
The scientific and technological progress, which to a large extent liberates the production and life in modern time, also makes our body and thinking over dependent on hi-tech through its convenience. By discussing three stages(recognition, learning and understanding) in taijiquan (tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) practice, it is discovered that these stages can positively influence three psychological foundations: positive emotion, positive organization and positive traits. The practitioners' ways of attributions can, therefore, get improved, and the purpose of protecting practitioners from getting learned helpless can be reached. This paper serves as a good preparation for establishing the theoretical model of learned helpless protection and field experiment.
