摘要
文章通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实践总结法和专家访谈法,从字义和用法的角度剖析了擒拿24技中的之剔和盘两种技法。旨在通过追溯字义来使擒拿爱好者深入、形象地了解剔、盘两个动作的根本形态,将它们按照在人体中不同部位中的应用进行分类,有助于擒拿爱好者系统地掌握与之相关的擒拿技法。
Through literature review, logical analysis, field conclusion and expert interview, this paper analyzes the kicking and locking technique in the 24-skill of chin na(arrest technique), with the purpose of explaining to chin na lovers in-depth and vividly these two movements' original form. By classifying its application according to the usage in different parts in the body, the chin na lovers can master the technique systematically.
