摘要
本文通过查阅有关资料和书籍及结合学生在课堂中的表现,了解青少年的发育特点。根据青少年生理发展、运动系统发育、氧运输发育的特点,智力能力、性别的差异,教学方法与手段的运用,以及环境因素的影响等方面,分析青少年在武术训练过程中的差异性。旨在更好地把握学生在教学过程中出现的问题,从而提高教学效果。
Through literature review and the observation of students’ performance in class, teenagers’ physiological features are studied. Based on their physiological development, sport system development, oxygen transport feature, their differences in intelligence and genders, the application way of teaching methods and environmental factor, this paper analyzes the divergence during teenagers’ wushu(martial arts) training, aiming at better mastering problems emerging in teaching process and hence improving the teaching effect.
