南粤传统体育文化建设与传统体育人才培养的研究——以广东第二师范学院为例

A Research on the Cultivation of Traditional Sports Talents and the Construction of Traditional Sport Culture in Southern Canton Province——Taking the Guangdong University of Education as an Example

运用文献资料法、访谈法对南粤地区体育文化建设情况以及南粤体育院、校、系传统体育人才培养的情况进行分析,揭示两大问题:现有民传人才市场需求紧缺及社会指导员群体基础薄弱,单一专业院校民传专业人本主义倾向明显。提出南粤民族传统体育人才的全球化理念;招生方式尊重人文本位、社会本位、学科本位原则;新时期传统体育人才培养目标;文化建设与人才培养研究架构;文化建设与人才培养的具体实施内容,为今后南粤传统体育文化建设与南粤传统体育人才培养做铺垫。

Through literature review and interview, this paper analyzes the status quo of the construction of traditional sport culture and the cultivation of traditional sports talents in universities in southern Canton Province. Two problems are discovered: on the one hand, it is in shortage of inheritors and sport mentors in the society. On the other hand, there is an obvious inclination on humanism in sports specialized colleges. Therefore, the globalization concept for traditional national sport in southern Canton is proposed. Humanism, socialism and curriculum-oriented should all be fully respected in enrolling principle. Attention should be paid on the cultivation target in new era, frame for culture construction and talent cultivation study, and the contents, in order to get fully prepared.
