The Internationalization of Taijiquan and Its Self-perfection Way

文章运用文献资料法,通过查阅武术太极拳国际化发展相关文献,探寻武术太极拳的发展研究方向,经过现状分析,结合新时代太极拳发展的新要求,从太极拳自身的角度提出国际化发展的相关建议,以求有利于中国优秀传统文化的继承、太极拳项目的发展和推动共建"文化自信"的发展道路。

By conducting the literature review related to the internationalization of taijiquan (tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing), this paper explores the research direction. The analysis result indicates that, its internationalization development should combine the new requirements in new era with its own feature. Only in this way can we promote the inheritance of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, taijiquan development and build up the culture confidence.
