刍议从太极图中看太极拳中所蕴含的哲理

The Taiji Philosophy behind the Taiji Diagram

太极拳的演练越来越普遍,太极图在生活中的表现形式也是日益丰富,但是对于其中所蕴含的丰富涵义却越来越少人探究。文章通过文献分析法、逻辑归纳法等一些方法,对太极图的色彩、线条进行细致的分析,并将其与太极拳天人合一、对立统一的拳理相互映照。让大众更加了解太极拳的内涵,激发学习太极拳的兴致,从本质上热爱上太极拳。最后能够从练拳到练心,真正达到内心超然的境界。

The practice of taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) is becoming common among the mass, and the expression of taiji diagram is also getting increasingly abundant. However, fewer and fewer people are exploring its rich connotation. Through literature review and logical deduction, this paper analyzes in detailed the color and lines of taiji diagram, and compares it with taiji’s fist philosophy: unity of the nature and human, as well as the unity of the opposite, in order to help practitioners to understand better its connotation, stimulate their practice interest, love taijiquan in essence, and finally be able to practice taijiquan to truly achieve a detached realm.
